Brooks: "The anti-Trump movement suffers from insularity. Most of the people who detest Trump don’t know anybody who works with him or supports him." Can't speak for other Never Trumpers, but among many NTers I know, this is wrong. It's the source of many strained friendships. /2

This seems like projection. Many of my family members are part of the "Trump base" and so I can observe the alternate reality they live in
