I believe he has been pretty vocal...unfortunately, he goes against the grain of the majority in the GOP; nobody is listening to him...except Democrats. And, he is one who could school them regarding the border issues.
he also voted against releasing Trump's tax returns, which is party over country. Sadly, corrupt leadership can cause good people to look the other way
