This is so true!! We are a rather small manufacturing company and we've noticed it's a hard and demanding job to push that info out there to other teams even though there aren't that many teams within us. But it really helps.

Such an important role to drive internal adoption and awareness of platforms, tools, and best practices, and to provide a conduit for developer feedback to get back to the platform and tool owners. Way to go

At other com's (for me) that was often partly the role of the Release Eng or Dev Shepherd. Also, sometimes a TL would take it on.
