And also, @fsf, while we're at it, lemme let you in on something else:
Your refusal to part ways with him - despite well-known incidents that have pushed women & others out of free software for decades - might have been ok 10 years ago. Maybe even 2 years ago.
It's not ok now.

Replying to @diegobrowne @sarahmei and
I've never heard of Sarah, so I started reading this thread with great alarm. Then she got to Wikipedia and its "extremely hostile community towards women" and it kinda helped put the rest of this thread in its proper context.

Same here. Dev its becoming a toxic culture due to this type of self annointed moral gatekeepers looking for offense and someone to cancel.

Replying to @eickarumba @Rklawton and
She is not calling out toxic behavior, she is demanding someone be removed from
@fsf not because they DID something wrong, but because they commited wrongthink, and then goes smearing@gknauth, @makoshadk and bloody@Wikipedia who knows why.2 replies 0 retweets 1 like
I've worked in research/robotics and can relate to the larger problems in the industry (no longer in it). But I can also read the verbatim email this guy sent which is shockingly inappropriate. It's no longer really "wrongthink" if you type it up and send it to your department.pic.twitter.com/JZ17Oy3VhW
