  1. I work in lots of primary schools but today I have the honour of working in secondary school providing self esteem activities to support teenagers well-being and reduce stress

  2. It was great to deliver an adult mindfulness workshop yesterday supporting staff well-being with staff who work in a children’s residential home. Lots of strategies delivered to reduce stress and also use within the working environment. Looking forward to our next one!

    We all get stressed - children, teachers & parents. Time out of your day for relaxation and self care is essential to ensure stress does not become a serious problem. Our children & teacher sessions are aimed to deliver strategies that help build our resilience & reduce anxiety

    During our mindfulness sessions we engage in some sensory activities that stimulate the senses. These activities develop creativity, expression, fine motor skills, communication, problem solving and reduced anxiety.
