Ok, boundary negotiation + communication is probably totally something that an app could facilitate (because most people had sucky or no sex ed) however focusing on the "legally binding" agreements aspect completely undermines your intent & perverts the nature of sexual consent.

Consent is an ongoing, constructive process. Not a 1-time fire-and-forget thing.
I will stretch & say that there maybe some benefit in explicitly negotiating usage restrictions when it comes to photos & videos
But, your copy is focused on sexual consent, even referencing #metoo
