all the local yoga studios suck. I can't believe ppl do yoga to classic rock and blues or jazz. I don't wanna do vinyasa or hot yoga. I literally wanna do meditative yoga but the west has destroyed that.

where's my inyengar or soft kundalini space kms

I want to do it to minimalist spacey calming yoga music too. :/ they've taken the therapy focus out of yoga and made it into fitness oriented pilates disguised as hippie namaste seductress

My physical therapist suggests I can dial up some yoga on YouTube and do it at home. Also she says, [writer’s embellishment] “or you could just do the gd exercises I’ve shown you.”

can’t recommend this highly enough - goal is to learn enough poses that you have stuff to do anywhere
