Anywhere, the trick is being sufficiently flexible to just chill in squat position, ideally while up on the balls of your feet because it looks more dignified

Like this. I can still only hold it for a few minutes due to fatigue in my calves and shins but it feels really naturalpic.twitter.com/l94HIOXaFn

can you elaborate on how you experience it? For me it's only really a stretch with regard to this one big toe of mine that's kinda janky due to an old soft tissue injury, for the rest of my anatomy it's a natural position that feels more strengthening (b/c of the balance work)

ok i was in awe at the photo but then i tried it and this i can kinda do with ease (well, relative to the foot itself). i think if i lean into my toes, i feel the stretch deepen. the tightest parts for me seem to be in my quads, and then otherwise it is just hard to remain stable

make sure to point your feet out and spread your knees wide, much more stable
