alright so, time to be honest. what does dry heaving mean? i dry heave a lot when I feel bad and also when my mouth is open and the sensation of inhaling air (too cold sometimes) is very unpleasant. also when speaking out loud.

this has been happening for some months. in the winter I assume it's because of cold air. but it also happens when I feel anxious or sick or something. wtf.
