Is there a time since adolescence that your aesthetics have radically changed? What did you stop liking and start liking? Any idea why?

happens year or two, esp with music. typical reasons: - change in amount of sleep I’m getting changes processing pace - emotional relationship w/ world changing types of emotions I need - becoming conversant in a form’s tropes and learning to read it

oh, fourth reason—and I think this is close to comprehensive—change in reproduction system changes what sounds good; ex, Simon & Garfunkel only ever sounded good on a turntable after substantial wear made the record sound much rounder.
