I’ve done 12 miles and 2500 feet altitude gain with no water in the summer out of sheer denial

i've spent long enough on the internet that i'm malleable enough to almost buy into the "hydration is a meme" meme

8 miles is about my reasonable limit with no water

anything less than that is a meme though yeah

my grandmother made me drink a bottle of water every morning and i got into the habit of drinking water as an idle activity
