I had a mental breakdown, left the country, had 0 thoughts for 6 months, and then, at the end, started a Twitter account.

I've had a viral tweet or two, but whenever it's happened the content of the tweet hasn't been about me, so there was a sense of detachment involved. Esp. when the tweets are unrelated to my usual content & spread to a completely different audience.
