oh I thought the bystander effect was totally discredited? (I MIGHT be trying to trick people into making a list of facts haha)
also it’s hard to square any effect with the low power combined with percentage of positive results in this field - fraud etc

This problem is biggest in social psych (politics+ low power experiments), a bit less in other experimental areas (evolutionary psych),
