God my sister has like zero respect for my sleep whatsoever and I have very bad sleeping problems its infuriating

sometimes she will even wake me up in morning just to tell me something totally frivolous and ruin my sleep/day
my husband is so protective of my sleep, if anyone is trying to reach me while I'm asleep he will block them
