I have never seen any evidence that the pill played a role in ending the baby boom or dropping fertility at any point in US

education, cultural change...mostly the baby boom was a weird blip, quick return to previous levels

I assumed it was a small aspect of wave of cultural norms that cultinated in 'row vs wade' judgement etc.

so weird that the pill was legalized a decade after abortion!

kind of wish the pill wasnt always portrayed as an effortless solution after having it change my personality
