don't get the point. Is it absolute power corrupts absolutely so super dictator thinks practically everybody is subhuman?
more like, observationally, when groups get into power all of a sudden their outgroup gets really big and vague (kulaks etc.)

I specifically said subhuman rather than outgroup. Pre-modern tribes hated the outgroup, but didn't consider them subhuman.
