      We need drug LEGALISATION, not decriminalisation. Politically not much harder and decrim may *increase* street dealing and under-18s access.

      I was amazed that under (medical) decrim in california, street price for same quality was much lower than price through legal channels

          This is a problem in Colorado too - danger of promising too much revenue raising, taxes too high, black market undercuts.
