I don't know if I have the discipline to be a smoker like sometimes you have to drive two entire blocks to buy cigarettes
it had now been over 7 days that I could not be arsed to buy cigarettes but it gets so much worse

in that time running became so obviously, perceptively more pleasurable and easier that I can't start smoking again

so humblebrag I accidentally quit smoking & started running more because of levels of laziness & hedonism that shock the conscience
