Update: Feeling relieved again, it looks like the first T cell response was the worst, and now my immune system is on lung cleanup duty every so often until the antibodies show up. Also, fever seems gone (despite feeling feverish when immune response peaks). 98.2.

Update: And fever's back. Maybe it wasn't a T cell response. I don't know anymore. Insane to think I might only be halfway through this thing.

Update: Woke up with intense chills, but strangely no/low fever? Sweating through my clothes in bed.

Sweaty chills might be dehydration from new symptom picked up earlier: diarrhea. Some water and Gatorade seemed to calm me down. Gonna eat something bland and salty.

Anyway welcome to day 6! It Can Only Get So Much Worse...

Also I'm humoring the idea that I just got transient food poisoning from dinner rather than diarrhea as viral symptom. It doesn't make sense otherwise why it would appear now with such sudden onset.

but I had loss of appetite all week, never felt symptoms in throat, and also it's localized in lungs at this point?

i don't think loss of appetite as a symptom needs to arise from GI infection, appetite control is regulated by lots of other signals

my other point against this being coronavirus symptoms is that coronavirus settles in the small intestine, whereas this diarrhea seems to originate in the large intestine (stool is not pure liquid, significant delay between eating and diarrhea)
