What are some fairly atomic teachable skills that most people can learn in, say, 40 hours and will significantly improve their life? The prompt for this thought process was therapeutic so Focusing and CBT were what came to mind, but other categories of answers are good too.

-good understanding of 10-20 yoga poses -running -kitchen knife skills -basic sewing -basic drawing from life -also doggedly and genuinely trying to answer any question for 40 hours does something to you idk what
