Perhaps there are different levels of understanding what someone is reacting to. The bubble up tweets are more impulsively and/or intuitively reactive, while the crafted/laundered tweets are based on long-term desired self-concept as a reaction

weirdly I was specifically hoping for a good distinction today and even considered posting “Send me your good distinctions” but it was cruelly suppressed by the latter half of your distinction
