looks good! I think salt and magnesium are the biggest ones but everybody is different

I did like 4 daily and stopped because it because inconvenience I think a multivitamin, b12, mag, and fish oil I could notice and attention span difference

I was definitely doubling up on the mag and b12 because of the multivitamin. might have causes a problem in the long run
