If I ran a fiber arts class what would you like to learn about or make?

I would like to learn how to weave small copper wires and string tiny ferrite beads on them

I have tried the following method (sans ferrite beads) and it has not worked out as well as I would like: nail brads into hardwood board and go at it with the magnet wire. Messy.
