also actions done to &/or through you, which condition form of thought including process of "consuming information", which conditions new thought but doesn't do so outside conditioned thought.

Not sure about existence of anything so slow, solid & separable as "thoughtS", so "building blocks" is a stretch, but no doubt at all that the seething materials of thinking come from "outside" rather than from some sort of deep inner ur-personality.

It is difficult to not get pulled into orbit around certain thoughts and behaviors (of your own, or of others) All Things Shining's thesis for establishing "secular meaning[fulness]" is just "go with the flow" but it is woefully inadequate re: avoiding horrible, atrocious flows
