Is there a word for when you say something that you’re aware is probably wrong in >5 ways, but still mean it sincerely in a certain context? (Not irony, but a close cousin there of)

That’s an interesting connection - sort of like giving full expression to a range of meanings, but without claiming that expression as definitive and/or not wrong? (I don’t know if that sentence will make sense) Did/do you find this tension with honesty when working on writing?

yes! - it even crops up making shawls and spinning yarn stupidly enough, just every decision you make having to be an honest one
