I started in college - normal sports style, epee weapon (where the entire body is target including face & feet)

hardest part is finding people near you who do it and a place to do it

was curious and looked for fencing clubs in austin, apparently a church nearby does free lessons, not for me but viv would love this

I’ve done it on basketball courts and out-of-the-way sidewalks at times, for lack of other options
