to be fair it used to be a lot more common/cooler/easier to be a homeless itinerant worker like, "the costs of being homeless" used to be lower, or at least the relative benefits of being homed weren't so great citation: read an article about homelessness in Portland, Oregon
yeah to be fair this is probably not residential use - you could get a bed in a tent for $8 a night he says ($240 in today’s $)
