And she watched how to use it on youtube and hooked the guy up so that he wouldn’t be in pain. I was impressed that she went the extra mile, but she is super curious and very pleasant person.
you could paint it in an unflattering light but I agree it’s laudable - I’d want them to watch videos if it were me!

oh like “my doctor/nurse learned it by watching youtube videos” sounds bad maybe but if you think about it it’s not
