What if national media lumpencommentariat were required to declare signature-campaign data for things they say with posture of “speaking for group X”? As in “David Brooks (1 million bobo signatures)” “Brooklynite writing in New Yorker (10k high-adversity-index signatures)”
like all regulation it would benefit large institutional actors in totally foreseeable yet hilarious ways
