Public art is mostly imposed on communities that can’t defend themselves from it. Rarely do you see public art spoiling rich neighborhoods.

I think the main harm is having to see it, so doesn’t matter too much if it’s residential or commercial

People spend more awake time at work tho, and it’s inflicted *by* their superiors at the job.

It’s hard to describe office decoration paintings/sculpture or supermarket radio stations as anything but class 4GW.
