Public art is mostly imposed on communities that can’t defend themselves from it. Rarely do you see public art spoiling rich neighborhoods.

Rich folk designed their community. A private artist designed it. Only a rich person w/ narrow perspective would say this.
I’m an extremely bad banana but my neighborhood had public art forced on it a year ago and I get mad every time I see it
