i think imma try to do weekly extended fasts. ill probably be obnoxiously public here about it and post my food & updates in a thread, but im curious if anyone else in interested in doing fasting with me/others? just to be accountable & bitch about being hungry & stuff, idk

totally! until im used to it, im a little on edge & have a shorter fuse than usual. after im adjusted, i have a lot more mental clarity (which is especially noticeable in my work every day!), more energy (i dont even drink coffee most days when im fasted) & less joint pain

i realized after typing that joint pain is definitely not a mood :P i am also less mopey when im fasting. i fall into shitty melancholy very easily normally, but it seems to be much less so when im fasting
