what’s your thinking on therapy? is there evidence that it “works” for something or more of a gentle medicine thing?

therapy is intended to address distorted thoughts/feelings/behaviors during/after induction, d/t +plasticity, you're more receptive/responsive to that therapy. this is a tweet-grade explanation, mind you. the Biol Psychiatry article above is a more in depth discussion
