Who ate the biggest advocates these days for the position that high carb/low fat is healthy? Are there any left?

I always thought exercise --> weight loss was a myth because I can maintain my weight running 50 miles or 0 miles a week with no force feeding

I think the blue zones stuff isn't about weight loss per se; there's some evidence that nonsedentary lifestyles have longer life expectancy even after controlling for weight and BMI

oh huh I thought the big result was no effect on lifespan but some quality of life increase
