going viral on twitter means ur content breaks out of the ingroup and reaches a bunch of the outgroups. everyone loves viral, in theory. eventually you learn the outgroup does not love you. those who can reach them regularly are like “don’t do it lol”

at first, the rush of virality overrides the shock, like how adrenaline lets you keep running after you tear your acl. with time, constant vitality induces adrenal fatigue, and you curse yourself with every shock
