By popular demand* here is a thread of shawls I made recently starting with this one I finished yesterday *ok it was one tweet and I can't find it but it was realpic.twitter.com/7BX55MvjY7
This one is more of a "stole" but knit on the bias so plausibly a shawl, recycled gossamer-weight cashmere from a sweaterpic.twitter.com/IGeXin3XGy
This one is HUGE and crescent-shaped, Merino/silk lace weight in pale bluepic.twitter.com/MoW7U0jyrv
it gets worn under this one, which is an even huger one from worsted weight Merino in ridiculous blue and substitutes for a winter coat DO NOT call me little blue riding hoodpic.twitter.com/3KgjVhaFyY
This one gets worn the most and it's alpaca/silk lace weight in the simple lace pattern I'm addicted topic.twitter.com/WlwlXc47G7
whats the name of this simple lace pattern again
“little leaf lace II” in barbara walker which is a shit name tbh

it’s a double decrease - you slip one stitch onto the right needle (as if to purl but you slip it don’t purl)
then you knit two together, then you use the left needle to pull the slipped stitch over the one you just did
