You mean because it’s off a lower base? I think that’s like marginal sensitivity or something. Like 1–>2 is 100% increase but 100--> 101 is only 1% despite being +1 in both cases?

yes exactly! marginal sensitivity is a good term but I feel like there’s a normal term for it?
