For this logic to hold it would have to be the case that drug warriors think drugs are bad enough to end all life to destroy them, and also that no other options were preferable to end drugs than ending all life. Neither is true. But antinatalism directly disparages life.

But this is because people who are anti-drug are more pro-human-life than they are anti-drug. What is the countervailing value in the anti-natalist case? My guess would be "anti-killing." I just don't think that should logically constrain a utilitarian.
