Expressing anger always makes me feel stupider maybe that’s the point of it?

i was about to make the obvious reply about how this means expressing anger is bad, but you said "feel stupider" not "be stupider". perhaps there are cases where feeling stupid is good.

being stupider can be good too the technical term is "strategic ignorance" and it's the main reason for visiting Jupiter
