Is this panpsychism or nonpsychism or both or nonsense? "Experiencing = material mechanisms registering sensitivity to interventive information. Experiencing is real because context-sensitivity of material constitution is in some sense where the rubber hits the road of realness

I wouldn’t say nonsense but it’s too densely packed/potentially ambiguous for me to parse (but enticing!)

What I'm grappling with here is whether externalist cybernetic accounts of experience (especially ecological psychology) eliminate subjectivity by showing experience to be wholly material, or whether in so doing they commit us to a minimal kind of panpsychism abt control systems

My contorted language is due to attempting to recast a picture of material agents in a way that highlights how experience is a phenomenon in the physical world... but maybe it only helps me picture it better. :)
