how often do you trip on ascents and what advice do you have on avoiding falls
I have only fallen once this year (on butt, I was fine) but I trip and recover too often to notice, always when distracted
so advice is...good traction on shoes...notice where you put feet...don’t get distracted (good luck with that)...trip a lot
