I was just thinking about my feet and how strong they are
I think shoes are good as protection against sharp rocks and snow but to the extent that they shape or cushion feet it’s bad

bipedalism is a weird experiment and foot, hip, back stuff is all connected to it plus the huge noodle on top so neck too

I think “support” is a myth invented by podiatrists, I don’t think it’s any more “supported” hahaha get it than nutrition science
