partying is one of the most important and fun things humans do, it’s a shame that most americans suck at it

@literalbanana i’d like to request a “guide to proper partying” for your leisure series

advice? what are some of the partying failure modes you see?

i swear i had a long list of prompts, but sobered up and forget them. i will party again this weekend and update this thread

the primary one i remember being insufficient meaning/purpose

- difference between celebrations and parties

- whether your base skill in forming political blocks is how well you throw conventions (not coincidence political blocks are called “parties”), with reference to the ultra-lame-ass one libertarians threw in 2016
