lol. For real though, even just switching adding some adjectives and/or going with better labels goes a long way. E.g. dysthymia, cyclothymia, recurrent / chronic / episodic depression. Or just describing the actual problem itself, e.g. anhedonia vs. lethargy vs. hopelessness etc

“describing the actual problem itself” is extremely correct and should be easy but often isn’t
