ok mainly the issue is, if psych really alieved depression to be episodic, treatment & investigation patterns would confirm this but don’t

depression treatment seems not to be focused on making people feel better during episodes, like sleep detox, but on long-term construct

I think there is chronic depression too but it's different problem from acute depression but what do i know
