What’s the difference between a bias and a value? (Other than values being consciously endorsed)

Biases filter what you know, values filter what you do
isn’t the fight-or-flight response a bias that determines what you do?

I don't know man, I'm just bein' pithy. But I don't think of physiological responses as "bias." I'd only use either word in the context of conscious thought (bias applying to what gets into consciousness).
