    As Russia escalates its war on , the Senate must focus on that growing crisis as we return to session tomorrow. A substantial and bipartisan package with aid for Ukraine and penalties for Russia cannot wait. We must stand with and act immediately.

  9. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals is reinstating the land exchange needed to facilitate a life-saving road for the residents of King Cove, Alaska. This decision reversed and remanded a flawed District Court ruling that set aside the land exchange agreement in June 2020.
