    I’ll be leaving after 12 fulfilling years as a journalism educator. Teaching is a huge part of who I am and reflects what I feel matters most. It’s an investment in our shared future and builds curiosity, empathy and critical thinking — much like the best journalism.

    What an excellent recap of the journey has undertaken in just two years. I’m so proud to work for a place that has grown with such impact and intention, with its mission to serve local, independent news orgs always as its North Star 💫

    Had a full-circle moment today at reflecting on how meaningful it’s been to help students embark on the rewarding local journalism path and then to support through those who continue to blaze that trail. I love this work so much.
