I have watched every season of 'Bojack Horseman,' and yet I can't remember ever being shown a banner or thumbnail for 'Tuca & Bertie' on my Netflix homepage. I had to seek it out.

when a Netflix show gets canceled, "you didn't promote the show" is something we (yes I work @ Netflix) hear a lot. But what does that mean to you? commercials/billboards? too few social posts? you're not shown the title when you log on to netflix? something else? combo of all?

same. I had to manually type it in to look for it. I remember. I had to look up how to spell 'tuca' to make sure I was spelling it right. I knew what I wanted to watch, and it took me time to find and retrieve it.

I had set it up on my to-watch list before it came out, and still had to go look for it via search, got no notification, expected something like "this show you explicitly expressed interest in is now available". Instead I get emails for shows I'm not interested in.

I remember them going HAM on twitter about it , it might just be me falsely remembering it though. I just remember seeing in the trailer tuca flashes the neighborhood with Bertie.
