I lived in NYC for 10 years in 3 different buroughs as a single 20-something woman often traveling alone at all hours. I experienced annoyance, harassment, all degrees. Never once did I think “I wish a fellow passenger would murder this troubled person who is bothering me.”

We don't know enough to judge what happened to Jordan Neely, but lots of people who don't live in New York and lots of people who don't ride the subway have a lot of opinions on this and they need to take a seat. It's working class New Yorkers who have to face down this violence.

Rule changes from #WNBA: Teams now have one coach’s challenge for video review per game.
Now a “transition take foul” against a defender that doesn’t make a legitimate play on the ball. Offense gets a FT and the ball back.
Also a resumption-of-play and bench conduct tweak.
